Adv. Renuka Deshmukh is a practicing Advocate at the Mumbai High Court, is an Alumni of Cardiff Business School, majoring in International Business and Marketing. She also holds a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from the Prestigious Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai. She has a diverse industry experience of over 25 years with a blend of Corporate, Legal, Entrepreneurial and Social Enterprise Skills.
Experience as a Strategist and Executive Director in imparting Affordable, Quality, Skill based education, Vocational training, STEM learning to 10,000 plus students through aided, unaided schools and professional, vocational colleges in Rural Western Maharashtra under the flagship of Shri Shivajirao Deshmukh Group of Educational Institutions, with a special emphasis on Women’s Education.
Strong involvement with the women’s SHG movement, financial assistance, building Entrepreneurial and leadership platform for women entrepreneurs through State and Central Government ( MoWCD) Schemes under the YASHASWINI Foundation for SHGs in Shirala with a strong membership base of 5000 women.
She believes the only way to Gender Equity is through literacy and financial empowerment. Her focus is Financial Literacy by imparting professional Education, Skill development, Vocational Training, and providing credit facilities, Market research, product development and supply chain logistics for women members.
